Private, Duet & Group Classes

Undivided Attention Pilates is seeking an experienced, disciplined instructor.

Responsibilities:

• Teach private sessions, duets, and small group classes using classical Pilates principles with contemporary biomechanical knowledge

• Assess individual client needs, movement patterns, and imbalances to create tailored programs

• Provide hands-on cueing and tactile feedback to ensure proper form and alignment

• Adapt exercises for varying abilities, injuries, and goals while maintaining the integrity of the method

• Build meaningful client relationships rooted in trust, accountability, and progress

• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment and uphold scheduling commitments

Requirements:

• Comprehensive Pilates certification (500+ hours preferred)

• Proficiency in mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrel

• Deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury modification

• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clientele

• Commitment to continuing education and refining your craft

• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
