Who We Are

Elite Pilates studio specializing in prehab & rehabilitative programming and pain management. Small classes, evidence-based methodology, expert instruction.

The Role

Mentorship program for instructor-in-training. Learn rehabilitative Pilates, therapeutic programming, and advanced assessment skills from experienced teachers. Assist classes, shadow instruction, and develop mastery of teaching skills.

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates certification in progress or recently completed

• Strong foundation in reformer and tower technique

• Passion for rehabilitative movement and client care

• Commitment to learning and professional development

• Availability for training schedule (flexible hours)

Preferred:

• Background in anatomy, kinesiology, or related field

• Personal Pilates practice of 3+ years
