Who We Are

Elite Pilates studio specializing in rehabilitative programming, pain management, and neuromuscular re-education. Small classes , rigorous standards, evidence-based methodology.

The Role

Teach reformer and tower classes (Pilates 101, 201, 301) and work with clients managing chronic pain, post-injury rehabilitation, and movement dysfunctions.

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates certification (500+ hours)

• 3+ years teaching experience

• Expertise in rehabilitative programming and pain management

• Strong assessment and cueing skills

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

Preferred:

• Advanced training in fascial systems, biomechanics, or PT Principles

• PT, athletic training, or related background
