ELITE REHABILITATIVE PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Locations: Tuers Ave (JSQ) | 3rd & Brunswick (Grove St)

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

  • 500+ hours Pilates certification

  • Advanced rehabilitative training

  • 2+ years experience

  • Chronic pain/injury rehabilitation expertise

  • Women's health knowledge

  • CPR/First Aid

Must be:

  • Technically excellent

  • Genuinely warm

  • Committed to continuing education

  • Passionate about rehabilitation over aesthetics

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead small Tower Classes. Private training. Apply PT, DNS, biotensegrity, neuroplasticity protocols. Work with chronic pain, injury prevention, healthy longevity. Make movement science accessible and fun.
